Pelham, a suburb commonly referred to as the first suburb North of New York

City, is located approximately 14 miles Northeast of Midtown Manhattan. Pelham

consists of two independently incorporated villages: Pelham & Pelham Manor.

Commuting time via Metro North is approximately 28 minutes to Grand Central.

Pelham has an active social community and many resources available to its

residents.

Pelham Public School District consists of four elementary schools: Colonial,

Hutchinson, Prospect Hill & Siwanoy. The elementary schools house grades K-

5. Pelham Middle School houses grade 6-8. Pelham Memorial High School,

with an approximate population of 800 students, offers a wide range of courses

including Italian and Latin, and an extensive array of AP offerings.
